Demo Update 1.0.1

This is a general update, which adds a few things and fixes issues. Here are the main things:

• Added total coins display in level selection
• You can now play the game in the browser!
• Added cheat codes, you need to figure them out though :D
• Fixed an issue where coins would only accumulate if level leads to another level
