Demo Update 1.0.6

This update brings a lot of changes, but does not add any new levels to the demo. Here is the changelog:

• "Saving up for a global crisis" achievement should now be obtainable
• Added "Crapped your pants, huh?" achievement
• Added new soundtracks
• Bigger scroll bars
• Removed level selection for savefiles that have not yet completed the prologue
• Added confirmation for exit
• Added a few new splashes and removed some
• Added "Pissed your pants, huh?" as a common death message
• Added toilets to "51v7" cheat code level
• Added a few new backgrounds
• GUI refinements
• New credits screen
• More small changes and improvements
